Bongo Chicken
This is one of my personal favorites, it can be used for whole chicken, thighs, drums and breasts.

West African-Style Bongo Chicken
Instructions
  1. Blend all these ingredients together for about 5 minutes.
  2. After you're done rub the whole chicken with the bongo seasoning generously.
  3. Set it in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. The Next day put the in a pre-heated conventional oven and set oven temperature to 350 degrees
  5. Let it bake for 2 hours and then your bongo chicken will be ready to eaten
