Ghanaian Tomato Stew
Now I know what you might be thinking - this does not look like stew ! Well it does not look like American stew but we call it stew in Ghana. It's a tasty sauce that can be eaten with just about anything.

Ghanaian Tomato Stew
Instructions
  1. Start by blending ginger, garlic and habanero peppers till it becomes smooth. Some like to just cut these ingredients to smaller pieces.
  2. In a cooking pan, add you oil and preheat.
  3. Fry your chopped up onions for 3 minutes
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce, mix of ginger, garlic, and habanero peppers
  5. Add in your salt and spices and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Keep stirring till its ready.
