Instructions
Ginger Crust
  1. Grind the ginger snaps until its powdery with a few chunks in it.
  2. Put the butter in a frying pan with sugar and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. This is what your crust should look like.
Cheese Cake
  1. In a bowl put your cream cheese and sugar and mix until its smooth, then add the eggs, sour cream, lemon and flour.
  2. Stir the mix for about 5 minutes. Transfer the mix to the ginger crust and put it in an oven heated at 375 degrees F
  3. It should be done after 40 minutes, turn of the oven and crack it open for it to cool off.
