Habanero Barbecue Chicken Sandwich
If you like your sandwiches with lots of different flavors, then this is for you. This sandwich is sweet, spicy and hot.  I use the crock pot because it makes the meat super tender. You can boil it in a regular pan if you so choose.

Instructions
  1. Start by chopping the chicken breast into 3 pieces each and throw it in a crock pot
  2. Add salt, cajun and poultry seasoning blended habanero peppers and let it boil for about 2 hours.
  3. After 2 hours tear up the cooked chicken into little pieces with your fingers.
  4. Add the Labech's barbecue sauce to the mix and put it in a bowl
  5. In another bowl  cut up your sharp cheddar cheese into little pieces.
  6. Butter up your rolls and add the chicken mix and cheddar cheese. Put the sandwiches in the oven for about 10 minutes.
