I hope you had a wonderful weekend, and a good start to the week. I love all kinds of fish and actually grew up eating fish more so than meat. Mackerel was at the top of that list of fish I used to eat while growing up. And sometimes when my mom was making them I’ll sneak up behind her and steal one of the fish :). What made me more interested in mackerel was the fact that it had Omega 3 fatty acids which my doctor keeps telling me to eat more of or get the supplements.
